Who We Support

We support children aged 7–11 who benefit from a structured, movement-based environment to help develop focus, coordination, and confidence. This includes children who: Have lots of energy Find it difficult to focus or sit still Benefit from smaller group settings We also support children with: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Specific learning difficulties Developmental coordination and executive functioning differences Our sessions are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and free from judgement, allowing every child to take part at their own pace. No diagnosis is required—just a willingness to join in and have fun.

What We Offer

Our sessions are designed to support children’s development through structured, movement-based activities that are both fun and purposeful. Each session includes:

  • Brain activation exercises to support left and right brain coordination
  • Movement and balance activities to develop gross motor skills
  • Fine motor skill games to improve control and coordination
  • Team challenges to encourage social interaction and cooperation
  • Activities that support focus, listening, and self-regulation
  • Calm-down techniques to help children learn how to manage their energy

Sessions are delivered in small groups to ensure each child feels supported, included, and able to take part at their own pace.

Our Approach

Our approach is based on the understanding that children learn best when they feel safe, supported, and able to move. We use a combination of structured activities and play-based learning to support both the body and the brain. Many of our games involve cross-body movements, helping both sides of the brain work together more effectively. This can support focus, coordination, and overall learning. Sessions are kept predictable and consistent, helping children feel secure and confident. At the same time, activities are varied and engaging to keep children motivated and involved. We focus on encouragement rather than pressure. Every child is supported to take part at their own pace, without judgement or comparison. Our aim is to create a positive environment where children can build skills, develop confidence, and enjoy being active.

What We Do Not Provide

Our sessions are designed as a supportive, movement-based group environment.
To ensure clarity, please note that we do not provide:
Diagnostic or clinical assessments
Therapy or medical services
One-to-one sessions

This is a group-based activity club focused on developing skills through movement and play in a relaxed and inclusive setting.

If your child requires specialist or individual support, we recommend seeking advice from a qualified professional alongside attending the club.

School Liaison & Professional Collaboration

We recognise the importance of working together to support each child’s development. Where appropriate, we are happy to communicate with schools, parents, and other professionals involved in a child’s care to help provide a consistent and supportive experience. Our sessions are designed to complement the work of schools and other services by reinforcing skills such as focus, coordination, and social interaction through movement-based activities. We welcome open communication with families to ensure each child feels supported both within the club and in their wider environment.
